Cashplus Company Formations

Let’s get started
Check your new company name is available

Cashplus bank has partnered with a companies formation service who are a formation agent of Companies House and are securely integrated with them so it’s safe and efficient to register your new company with us.
Companies House will approve most limited company applications in minutes, but from time to time we may need a bit more information from you to finish setting up your company, such as tax details to make sure we comply with government regulations.
If this happens, your application may take a little longer.
You should be aware that we’ll be submitting the information you provide to us in your application form to Companies House. As part of your company incorporation, you’ll be provided with the below:
  • Memorandum of association – By completing this application, you agree to form a company under the Companies Act 2006 and agree to become a member of the company, taking at least one share.
  • Articles of association – All limited companies must have articles of association, which are essentially the rules for any directors or shareholders on how to run the company.
  • Statement of capital – Your company will have one ordinary share, with the value of £1 and owned by you. You should be aware that this doesn’t reflect the value of your company, but just the initial value of each share.
  • Prescribed particulars -  These describe what entitlements each share gives the shareholder.
